Intake Form

Penny & Wild Smalls of South Florida is a volunteer run, foster home based rabbit & guinea pig rescue. We are currently caring for 36 rabbits and 22guinea pigs, many of whom are seniors or life long sanctuaries due to ongoing medical care needs. Our priority is providing excellent care for them in their time with us.

Because we do not have a shelter and rely entirely on available foster space, new intakes are accepted through a wait-list.

Before beginning the Intake Form please make sure you have the following to upload:

A copy of the animal’s medical record and/or spay-neuter record (if applicable).
3-5 clear recent pictures of the animal(s) being surrendered.
A picture of the animal’s current housing / enclosure.
A picture of the supplies you are currently using including: hay, pellets, litter, treats, supplements, toys, etc.
