This Boarding Agreement is made between Penny & Wild Smalls of South Florida (referred to as “Penny & Wild”) and the Pet Owner for the temporary boarding of the pet(s) named below:

Owner affirms that they are the rightful and legal owner of the pet(s) listed in this agreement and no other person has a legal claim to the pet(s).

Owner agrees to drop off and pick up the pet(s) on:

A deposit equal to 1 day of boarding is due at booking, this deposit is refundable up to 7 days before drop-off date. Remaining balance is due in full at drop-off.

A 50% deposit is due at booking, this deposit is refundable up to 14 days before drop-off date. Remaining balance is due in full at drop-off.

Owner agrees to notify Penny & Wild as soon as possible if pick-up will be delayed and understands that late pick-ups may incur additional charges at the daily boarding rate.

If the Owner has not picked up the pet(s) within 3 days after the scheduled pick-up date, and has not communicated a change in plans or is unreachable despite reasonable contact attempts, daily boarding fees plus 25% of the total additional boarding cost will apply and must be paid prior to pick-up.

If the pet(s) remain unclaimed after 14 days and the Owner has not communicated with Penny & Wild, the pet(s) will be considered abandoned. Penny & Wild reserves the right to rehome the pet(s) without further attempts to contact the Owner. Requests for return of the pet(s) after this 14-day period will be up to Penny & Wild’s discretion.

In the event of a medical emergency, please select from the options below to indicate your preferred course of action if we are not able to reach you or your emergency contact(s) for over 30 minutes:

NO emergency veterinary care is to be implimented without consent from me.

If I am unreachable, Emergency Contact 1 is authorized to make decisions on medical care.

If I am unreachable, Emergency Contact 2 is authorized to make decisions on medical care.

I authorize emergency veterinary care up to a certain amount which can be implimented without consent from me if neither I nor my emergency contact is reachable. I authorize emergency veterinary care for my pet(s) without limits as deemed necessary by my veterinarian.

Owner agrees to reimburse Penny & Wild for any veterinary expenses incurred for the pet(s).

Owner agrees that Penny & Wild is not liable for injuries, illness, or other incidents occurring during the pet’s stay, provided Penny & Wild has taken reasonable precautions and provided proper care.
